He holds an MSc. in International Business & Management from the University of Manchester, Alliance Manchester Business School, UK.  Philip also holds a BSc. Business Information Systems from the Uni. of Bolton UK. He has a wealth of experience in various markets including Europe and Africa. He is a Change and Transformative leader in People Centred Transformation. 

 Irene Njoroge is the HR Director she holds an MSc. in Organisational Change & Development from the Uni. of Manchester UK. She has a wealth of experience working in the financial sector in Africa and the UK.
